Although we benefit from being an outdoor centre, the health and wellbeing of our staff, shoppers and visitors remains our absolute priority so we have introduced a number of important changes in order to offer an enjoyable and safe shopping experience for all.

All the measures, which we hope will help our customers feel confident they can shop in a safe environment, are detailed in our new Shop Safe Guidelines which can be found below. We also have an FAQ page which should answer any questions you may have.

Social Distancing

We have introduced a one way system around the centre with space to queue outside each store marked.

Please keep your family group together including children and ensure you maintain 2 metres between yourself and others. Follow the directional signage on the floor to help us manage our space.

Regular Hand Washing

Eight hand sanitiser stations have been introduced across the centre. Please feel free to use these as often as you need.

Toilet facilities are also open although some toilet cubicles and sinks have been cordoned off to keep safe distances

Shop Safe in Each Store

Each store will have a maximum number of customers allowed per store.

A dedicated queuing system has been added outside each store for when you are waiting to enter the store. Some stores will only be accepting contactless payment methods. Please ask in store when you arrive.

Be Patient

We know people will be nervous about visiting stores and have done everything we can to help everyone shop safely.

As we get used to these new shopping experience we ask that you show patience and kindness to our staff and other visitors.

Our customer service team will be around the centre keeping the site clean and secure, if you need any help please feel free to talk to them.
