Christmas 2023 is officially up and running at Lakeside Village with the centre transformed into a winter wonderland displaying a wide range of Christmas decorations, sparkly lights and special installations across the centre.
Santa’s Grotto
Christmas wouldn’t be the same without a visit from Santa who is back in his homely grotto in an eye-catching log cabin located near Etto Caffe, creating an ideal ‘Father Christmas’ photo opportunity for all young visitors.
Santa’s Grotto is free with no booking required but a £2 donation is being recommended which will be used by Hallam FM’s Mission Christmas to buy presents for children across Doncaster and South Yorkshire.
The Santa queue may close earlier than the advertised Santa visiting hours This is to help Santa leave on time at the end of his visit to get home to feed the reindeers.
Artisan & Craft Fayre
Christmas officially launches on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd, Saturday 9th and Saturday 16th December with our popular Artisan and Craft Fayre which will be full of festive gift ideas, tasty treats and musical performances to put you in the Christmas spirit.
Alongside our Festive Artisan & Craft Fayre will be a jolly visit from Santa, a great opportunity for photos & for little ones to share their what’s on their Christmas list.
